• Led the exhibition of a multi-million-dollar 28000-ton public art sculpture. Head the exhibition operations for six weeks.
• Support the artist estate closely with the Director and Managing Partner with administrative and operational duties.
• Manage project elements, scope, budgets, cost controls, and action items to keep projects within set restraints.
• Draft commission, consignment, exhibition, and fabrication agreements.
• Oversee several ongoing DAF projects, including tracking construction milestones and project phases with non-profit
organizations in California, Mexico, and Italy.
• Maintained a comprehensive database of artist artworks, publications, and exhibition records in an up-to-date database.
• Prepared and tracked performance contracts while tracking artists’ payments, royalties, and commissions.
• Acted as the Project Lead between the artist, gallery, and philanthropist for a climate initiative public art project.
